There is only one way to loose weight fast and easy and it is to reduce your calories. This can either be done by eating less calories, burning more calories or a combination of both. Here we give you some ideas on how to loose weight fast and easy.

First thing you should is clean out your home of the "fat" clothes. This will give you more motivation. 




Second thing that has been scientifically proven is to find a  weight-loss buddy.  You can even go online and do this. A University of Vermont study found that online weight-loss not only help you loose the weight fast and easy but they will also help you to KEEP IT OFF! They also found that the participants who did this kept it off longer & took it off faster then those who went to face - to - face meetings.

Third thing you can do is to make your dinner plates smaller. According to modern researchers the average american plate has gotten 40% bigger in the last 60 years.

Fourth, add a little more veggies to every meal. Even if you aren't eating them now, if they are on your plate you at some point! Start with the veggies you like most, and always try to eat at least one bit. The more veggies you eat the fuller you will be longer.
