In order to lose weight and not move a muscle you must conusme less calories and do some simple tricks to help your body burn off a few calories as well! Here are some tricks that might help you.

#1. Drink Green Tea. Green Tea is thought to increase your bodies natural metabolism. Don't expect the pounds to melt off, But you can burn off a couple by drinking large amounts of green tea.

#2. For a couple days eat like you normally would, but write everything down. It takes about 3000 - 3500 calories to gain or lose a pound. After you know what you normally consume in a day start shaving off some items. You can estimate how much weight you'll really lose by knowing that it takes about 3000 - 3500 to lose a pound.

#3. When your hungry, drink 1 glass of water before hand. The water will fill your stomach some what and help you to eat less.
